How to Apply for Dubai Investor Visa

You can apply for the UAE investor visa in these four ways:

Investment in a Company

Dubai grants this visa to applicants who possess shares in an established company worth at least AED 72000, or the applicant wants to start up a business with capital worth AED 72000. 

Note: The visa application process may vary depending on several factors, including the company’s location in a free zone and the nature of its business.

Investing in Residential Property

You are eligible for this kind of visa when you choose to invest in residential property worth AED 1 million or more, with a maximum of 50% of the property value under the mortgage. Investing in commercial properties does not apply for this kind of visa. It must be in a single residential property. 

Long-term Residence

The 10-year residency visa is available to investors who invest at least AED 10 million in the UAE, either via a deposit in an investment fund or by forming a company in the UAE with a capital of at least AED 10 million or by partnering in an existing or new company with a share value of the same amount. Applicants can also qualify for this kind of visa by investing a total of AED 10 million in all of the above areas.

Retirement Visa

Applicants who are over 55 who wish to retire in Dubai are eligible for this visa. To qualify for this visa, the applicant must invest in a property worth AED 2 million, have a total savings account of AED 1 million, or have an active income of at least AED 20,000 every month.
