I signed up for the H vault service and it doesn’t work 50% of the time. Either the documentary kicks me out of the show I am in and back to the home page or it simply won’t work when I try to access a documentary. Your webpage says that your service works on Fire TV which is what I use.
My question is does H vault work on fire TV or not? If it supposed to work what can I do to get the full service and access all of the shows.
